Who we are
Culture Center
The standards, history and people that define South Stone Jaguars football.
Mission
South Stone Jaguar Football develops young men who compete with discipline, serve their community, and graduate prepared for whatever comes next.
Vision
A program the whole town points to — where the standard never depends on the scoreboard and every senior leaves with a direction.
Non-negotiables
Core Values
Accountability
Every rep, every class, every commitment. We answer to each other before anyone else has to ask.
Toughness
Physical and mental. We train in July for the fourth quarter in November.
Brotherhood
Eleven playing as one, on the field and twenty years after graduation.
Service
Jaguars show up for the town that shows up for them.
How we operate
Team Standards
- Be early. On time is late for a Jaguar.
- Grades before snaps — eligibility is checked every Monday.
- Helmets off, eye contact, firm handshake with every visitor.
- Leave every locker room, bus and field cleaner than we found it.
- Represent the program the same way online as you do in the building.
Weekly culture message
Week 1: Do the ordinary things extraordinarily well
Championship programs are not built on trick plays. They are built on the eleventh rep of a walkthrough, the alignment nobody is watching, and the way a senior greets a freshman in the hallway. This week we chase the boring details until they look like excellence.
