Privacy Policy

Coaches Compass serves two groups: the school program that subscribes to the platform, and the public visitors, families and sponsors who use a program's website. A program controls the content it publishes. Coaches Compass stores and serves that content on the program's behalf.

• Account information — name, email address and program role for coaches and staff who sign in.
• Program content — rosters, schedules, coaching staff, news, photos, videos, sponsor records and page content that a program enters, uploads or imports.
• Content you authorize us to read — files, links or public web pages a coach explicitly selects so Compass can turn them into website content. We only read the specific sources a coach selects and authorizes. We do not browse a coach's computer or an entire cloud account.
• Sponsor and inquiry submissions — the contact details a business or visitor submits through a program's public forms.
• Usage information — page and sponsor-placement view counts used to show a program how its site performs. Sponsor analytics are counted in aggregate.

We use this information to operate the platform: to build and serve the program's website, to power admin tools, to deliver transactional email such as invitations and receipts, to report sponsor performance, and to support and secure the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use program content to advertise to visitors.

Programs may publish roster and player information. A program decides what appears publicly and is responsible for having the permission it needs from families under its own school district policy. If a family asks for a player to be removed from a public page, the program can remove it in the admin tools, or contact us and we will assist.

Compass uses AI to read content a coach provides and turn it into drafts — schedules, rosters, page copy, jersey-number photo matches. AI output is always presented for review before it is published. Nothing an AI feature produces is published without a coach approving it.

We rely on third-party infrastructure to run the platform, including hosting, database and file storage, transactional email and payment processing. These providers process information only to deliver their part of the service.

We keep program content for as long as the program has an active account. A program admin can delete content at any time. When an account is closed, contact us and we will remove the program's content from active systems.

Coaches and staff can view and update their own account information after signing in. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email info@mycoachescompass.com from the address on the account.
