Terms of Service

Coaches Compass provides a website builder and program management tools for high school football programs. A program can build and preview a website at no cost. Publishing a live website and the operational features tied to launch require an active subscription.

Program admins are responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of the information they publish. Keep sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

A program owns the content it creates and uploads. By publishing through Coaches Compass, a program grants us the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to run its website. You confirm you have the rights to any logo, photo, video or text you upload, and permission to publish player and staff information under your district's policy.

Compass can read sources a coach selects and authorizes, including public web pages. You are responsible for having the right to reuse anything you import. Imported material is always shown for review before it is published.

Subscription pricing is shown at checkout before payment. Charges recur on the schedule shown at purchase until the subscription is cancelled. A program admin can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal in the admin area. Unless required by law, fees already charged are not refundable, but you keep access for the period you paid for.

Sponsorship packages, pricing, benefits and approvals are set and managed by the program, not by Coaches Compass. An agreement to sponsor a program is between the sponsoring business and that program. Coaches Compass provides the tools used to present, apply for and track sponsorships.

Do not use Coaches Compass to publish unlawful, harassing or infringing material, to attempt to access another program's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

We work to keep the service available and improve it over time. Features may change. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, and either party may end the relationship. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what a paying program receives.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Coaches Compass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
